We use your name, email, optional position and organization, and selected interests only to send relevant Institute communications. The legal basis is your consent. We retain registration time, language and consent version as evidence of consent.

Unconfirmed registrations are deleted after 7 days. Confirmed records are retained until consent is withdrawn; personal data is deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing. Technical security records are retained for a limited period.

We do not sell your data. Contracted processors use it only to provide these services. Contact us for information about recipients and safeguards for international transfers.

You can withdraw consent in every dispatch. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability by contacting us. You may also complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate. Sign-in uses necessary secure session cookies; we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
